You'll be abseiling from the south-side of the famous world heritage site in South Queensferry.
There is no upper age limit but the minimum age is 16 and anyone taking part aged 16 or 17 needs to have written parental consent. There are also no specific weight or size limits and people of all shapes and sizes have previously taken part. Health and safety is the prime importance of the day though so if you have any concerns about taking part please get in touch with us.
Before the abseil you will be sent confirmation of your place including what time you should arrive to register on the day. Although it might vary, you should abseil within 45 minutes of your registration time. If you want to take part with a friend or as part of a team we'll do our best to make sure you all abseil at a similar time.
There are plenty of places for people to view the event so you can bring friends and family along with you. Just before your abseil your name will be called out by the commentator so everyone will know when to look out for you!
