End of November 1 week course in apple cross based on mountain walking hill walking.

First night of expedition we were in tipis we done a night time hike with head torches on. Then spent the night on a beach with a good view in the morning and so on.

Then after that night we went back to apple cross center and we spent a night there before heading out on a 3 day expedition so in the center before leaving we got kit ready had a hot lunch before leaving the center. We done the expedition it was wet tuff but amazingly relaxing at the same time. It was challenging but very fun at the same time. We had our ups and downs just like any group but we pulled together and worked as a team to get through the hard times in the middle of the hills. After that we came back to the center to a very warm welcoming baked potato.

Advice to any1 who is thinking about coming on the vt course or has thought about it.

Come in with a positive attitude.

Be ready for a challenge.

Be prepared to push your self.

Be prepared to learn how to cook for your self.

Be ready to learn new things!
