The course was really eye opening  as well as head  clearing Its a great confidence builder but expect hard work  its worth it. Get used to climbing up mountains figuratively and literally; Plenty of ups and downs and to get the most out of it be yourself and drop your masks Push yourself to the limit throughout the course no dress rehearsals in life, big G says “This isn’t no holiday camp”. You do cool activities like abseiling and climbing “believe in yourself “!!

   The food is top notch apart from the expedition food “NO NOODLES”!!! All staff are really friendly and very supportive like a breath of fresh air .Expeditions are really tiring and your feet end up smelling like wotsits, positives of being out there that you get to have a great poo with a view; Martin C got caught doing a number 2 outside while camping….. very funny! take plenty of toilet paper when going on expedition cos Martin C ran out 2 days before the end

! While on expeditions we got to go canoeing  Martin C says “big G capsizing his canoe was funny” Big G says otherwise!!

Recommendations for coming on the course is that it is a great motivation tool, your future will seem clearer and it gives you more self belief no more doubts and don’t give up on yourself!!

   If offered the course and really want to change give it a go you have nothing to lose!!
